FORCING a Huawei E5573s-320 into LTE only mode

Hi , Been trying my best to find a way to force my Huawei Mi-Fi to stay in LTE only mode, theres an option in the router settings to set it as 2G or 3G only but there isn't an LTE only option available and the problem is , I can get 3 bars of 4G which is much faster than 5 bars of 3G but it keeps disconnecting and automatically selecting 3G because the router thinks it's a better signal. Is there a way of modifying the firmware like the guy on this site has (wouldnt let me post a link cuz new user just add htt ) /http://ift.tt/2c0g8Og ml because it honestly would solve all my problems connection wise.
